ALL of their apartments are CRAP. They are nasty and dingy and STAN goes to fix whatever and they are SO CHEAP, even though their appliances and stuff are ancient, they won't replace them. Our refrigerator leaks cold air, all of the outlets are so loose that they don't even hold anything in their plugs. Though they are decently priced, freakin Twanda takes almost your whole deposit for stuff you have already cleaned. We steamed the carpet ourselves and they still took 100$$$ I can't wait to get out of this dinky town and go to some place the is better priced and CLEAN.
I asked several times for repairs and they would come in and literally paint over whatever it was.
Mold in the carpet, in the bathroom, in the kitchen, under kitchen linoleum.
They put regular boards up to line the shower walls and used a paint that was not suitable for a humid environment.
Then, when my lease was nearing an end, I had not signed to extend my lease, so she evicted me claiming I had a dog. Which I did not. As I explained to her I indeed did not have a dog she said "we both know that's not true" and told me to get out. She would not listen to anything.
I have spoken with other people and she always evicts people in their last month if they have not re-signed so she can keep the deposits. Horrible scum.
I moved that day.
They would come into my house without notice when I wasn't there.

There was a gap underneath the frame of the front door so you could see outside when you were inside.
