They are always friendly and helpful. I mostly use the drive up window and they get to me quickly. When calling on the phone they are polite and help me find the best way to find an answer to my problem or question. I consider it a great place to bank.
IBC bank in elk city Oklahoma is the worse bank I have ever been to. I had a fraud charge on my account I called and cancelled the card and they still let the charge go thrue so I went to the branch to get this taking care of after 2 hours I was told there's nothing I can do so I left yes I was mad but they did say that it may fall off so I wait 5 days to find out they paid that charge so now I'm out 500 dollars so I call the bank back to be told again I can't help you so I call the fraud department made my claim and then again I was told I can't help you This is the worst bank that anybody can ever use I am changing banks If you want to just lose you're money go here if not then find another bank
