No one had time for me and they were flat out rude. So I took by business to Oklahoma City, I would not recommend them to anyone.
Mike and his team are very knowledgeable professionals! He fixed my truck after I crashed it into a ditch. I had to get my frame, fender, grill, and hood fixed. He kept his promises and doesn't disappoint. This truck has a lot of sentimental value and he took very good care of it.
Mike has fixed several cars for us! Always top notch! Very professional If need be we will always go back!
He then proceeded to tell me that I had a gas leak (which I was aware of). This gas leak was so bad, he alleges, that it turned my car into a bomb. He advised that I should worry about the gas leak first, then the door ajar switch. Fixing the gas leak is not going to help my car from killing itself thinking that the door is open all night.
I went in to have a door ajar switch replaced; the dome light stayed on at night, draining my battery. Mike called me when I got home and asked why I thought I had a bad door ajar switch. I told him that the door ajar light on the console was on and it dinged. He said it wasn't. The fuse had apparently blown, that is why it didn't say that the door was ajar.
He just kept repeating that I shouldn't worry about the dome light or console indicators until the gas was fixed, continually ignoring my explanation as to why I wanted the door ajar switch fixed first.
Then he told me he wouldn't let me drive my car off the lot, he couldn't take the risk. He tried to hold my car hostage until I consented to have the additional repairs done. That my friends, feels like extortion. He said he wouldn't let me drive it away, that I would have to have a wrecker tow it or put it on a trailer. I went back to his shop, and got my keys, said I would take my business elsewhere, thanked him for his time, and drove it off. He let me, even though he said he couldn't let me. I got home and unhooked the battery SO IT WOULDN'T DRAIN ITSELF TO DEATH.
