I have been going to Dr. Stephens for 10+ years, but I will be looking for another dentist now. I have dental insurance, but I was told that I had to pay over $400 in advance for work my son had to have done. I tried to set up payments, but the office ladies were not willing to work with me and extend my payments by two months. The point of having insurance is that the business gets a good portion of their payment quickly. I LOVE Dr. Stephens, but I can't and won't deal with a business that won't work their customers.
