I arrived for my 1130 appt...waited 30 minutes in the lobby, no one else was there, was seen to get my vitals and then was told it soul would be another 30 minutes at least before I would be seen by the provider. I WASTED an hour there and was never seen.
Twice now I've gone in and the front desk person was rude. Oh and FYI they stop taking patients about 45 min before they close.
I actually work as a janitor for this Xpress Wellness, so I already knew the staff is very friendly and kind, but got to experience the quality and speed of care I had been hearing about when we brought our 1 yr old in with a fever today. They were very quick and professional and friendly, and good interacting with our son. I would recommend checking in online though, as they are very popular, especially as only non-ER open on Sunday in Weatherford!
I appreciate the staff being so kind and thorough. The times I have been there I haven't had to wait long, the waiting area is welcoming and clean, my children feel comfortable with the Doctor and staff, and check in is easy peasy! Great service! Keep up the great work! Thank you for helping my kiddos feel better and me, Momma feel better. :)
Wow! What a difference! My son has a fear of the strep and flu test. He usually flips out and cries and we get scolded and for allowing the out burst. There is nothing I can say or do to get him to cooperate. This place made it a smooth sailing experience. They were very understanding and caring. No freak out session. They knew just what to do without upsetting him! What a great staff. What a wonderful experience this time. From now on its Xpress Wellness for us. Thank you for being sensitive to our son's phobia. What a night and day experience!
