Not a very nice experience. The hotel is only a year old but the common areas are dirty. I realize the construction workers are bringing in the mud but there should have been additional housekeeping on board. The elevator was disgusting! The room itself was clean. Upon checkout, I stood for 10 minutes with no one at the desk. Finally a young lady appears from the back room, offers no apology, for the wait, and appears confused with my asking for a receipt. Very disappointed
The worst stay I've had at a hotel in a long time. The employees were all rude. You asked for towels or more blankets but don't recieve them. I tried calling down to the front desk several times but no one answers. The manager was never there and if she was she wouldn't come out of her office. The time she did she was being very rude to her employees and her guests. If I were the owner of this hotel I would definitely be getting a different general manager. The only person in that whole hotel that helped me was alexis and the poor girl was so busy and being so considerate of everyone in her lobby I don't know how she did it! She had a full lobby and a very rude customer telling her how awful this hotel was and how nasty it smelt but she kindly told the guest she would do everything in her power to get it fixed. You don't get a hard worker like that everyday. If I come back to Weatherford and have to stay there I hope to see alexis again! Otherwise this hotel is the worst in weatherford.
In town for a college graduation. This place was completely booked! The staff were very friendly and helpful even though it was very busy. Pool was nice and clean. Rooms well stocked and spotless!
It was a great stay, everything was clean and great style. Would stay again. Great pool and workout room. Very modern.
Great place to stay. Our mini fridge was even stocked with beer. Lol
