I have purchased 4 vehicles from Cummins and just purchased my 5th. Mike Taylor is the best and you will have the numbers for your trade or purchase in about 15 mins. After doing some pricing in OKC at two other dealers which wasted around 2 hours of my time each day and the OKC dealers could not beat the price quoted by Cummins. I will gladly drive one hour each way to do business at Cummins. The best thing is the trade was done and the windows needed to be tinted (at no additional cost) on the new vehicle and Cummins let me drive my old vehicle for a few days till I could get back out to the dealership to drive off in the new vehicle.

There really is a difference between the dealers in OKC and Cummins. We had been looking for several weeks for the right car for our son. We came to Cummins, interested in a vehicle we saw online, we expected to get pounced on by the salesman, instead we met Mike Taylor, he went to get the vehicle we were interested in cleaned up for our inspection, unfortunately they happen to scratch the car, what I didn't expect was that they repainted the front clip at no charge to us, popped out any ding we could find, and this used 2013 camaro shined like new for our son. They even ordered a new RS medallion for the front end and didn't charge me for it. The owner also communicated with us after there was a slight issue, but folks this was a used car, think of what they will do for a new car sale...we will be back when it's time to buy again.
Wasn't impressed with the customer service. Wasn't willing to work with you to sell the vehicles. Drove to cordell and got a better deal and better service
Worst car buying experience ever in the history of buying cars. Arrogant saleaperson and incompetent service department. After a botched strut job and (within hours) a car accident, the car isn't worth anything months later due to structural problems from the godawful car repair. The strut mounts they charged me for were not new and when they fixed it the second time they threw the 'defective' parts away so there wouldn't be any evidence left (read: can't sue them without the part). Do not trust them with your life. They are just that incompetent.
