We just got new furniture, so our garage was a little messy with old furniture, but the ladder to the attic was fine. When I opened the garage door, he literally scoffed. I don't even think he looked into our attic... He was in my garage for maybe 2 minutes. He knocked on my glass and said he'd call my husband. Well, we haven't heard from the guy since. He had an extremely rude attitude the whole time, like we were nothing. I don't know what we did to piss him off. My husband and I are both very pleasant people, we work with the public as well.
We're choosing to go with Superior Thermal Solutions, we were treated much better by them. He's knowledgeable and Very nice.
We called and the man was short on the phone with us in the first place.. But we made an appointment for an estimate.
I'm not one to normally leave a negative review, but this was ridiculous.
The guy disreguarded our appointment and came a different time. My husband was at work, and I was the only one at home.
I would never in a million years use him, and I suggest you don't either.
